What Do You Think About The Show?

Hey everyone, I am sorry for not keeping this site updated. To be honest, I am not really liking The New 90210 for various reasons. Firstly, there are far too many tired cliches. Second, the acting is sub-par at best, none of the characters really have chemistry. Thirdly, the show seems to be trying WAY too hard to drum up publicity. It’s getting ridiculous.

I hate to say it but I think Shenae Grimes and AnnaLynne McCord are terrible actresses. Jessica Stroup on the other hand is definitely talented.

I am disappointed but will give it one more try… watch one more episode.

    I think you’re right in a way.
    The thing I liked most in this show is the “Spring Awakening” show and Adrianna (well, I liked the actress).
    For me, I’m going to watch this show until the holiday season for the least and if it doesn’t get better by that time… well, back to the old DVDs. :)

    I feel the way you do… Jennie Garth and Shannen guest starring did not really help either… I don’t know, maybe it will get better, only a few episodes have been seen so far…

    I like the show. I know, it’s nothting new but I think it’s sweet and quite interesting.

    the women in this show are all self-obsessed anorexics. In fact, they are so pre-occupied with thier own reflections that they regularly forget how to act. Boring.

    I forgot to add: my flatmate watches this show exclusively because she finds it morbidly fascinating to watch the characters starve themselves to death

    I love the show! I watched the original 90210 from first episode until the end and of course that was my ultimate favorite. I realize that the new show takes on some of the old characteristics, teenage themes and such, but I love it. At the end of the one hour show, I just could keep watching even more. If those who remember or even watched the original when it came out, it did not immediately become a sensation overnight. I think it takes time for a viewer to build relationships with the characters and I hope that the new show stays around for a long time.

    It sucks… really… like the first quote of the show “it sucks”…
    it’s like a teenagers’ show, made by teenagers, trying to copy all previous shows.

    My sister watches this and loves it. But she’s disappointed because there were only 4 episodes and then reruns. What’s the deal?
